From the Bar: Warm Apple Pie Cocktail

I love a hot cocktail around the holidays. Mulled wine, Mexican coffee, hot toddies…all favorites of mine. Last weekend my mother-in-law introduced me to a new favorite – warm apple pie, a combination of apple butter, spiced rum and steaming hot water. It’s warm, creamy and has an apple-y tartness that’s simply delicious. Wanna make one? (trust me, you do).
