Have a Relaxing Weekend

June 29, 2012

Boy, this was just one of those weeks! Work was endlessly busy and I was so tired each day that I really wasn’t able to give the blog the love that I really like to give it. No recipe post this week and that just makes me sad (as silly as that may sound). It’s so hard to find balance sometimes. This weekend, I’m going to make a big effort to relax by the pool and finally finish my book! (I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve been reading it for about two months now, while everyone else I know seemed to finish the entire trilogy in a weekend!) But more importantly, I’m going to spend some quality time with my little blog in an effort to bring you some interesting and inspiring posts next week. Thank you all for reading, commenting, and sending kind emails, that’s really what keeps me inspired and wanting to create new and fun content for this blog. Have a wonderful weekend, I’ll see ya here Monday!….Oh, and don’t forget to enter the Cleverbug contest from Wednesday’s post, comments close tonight! xoxo!

Ah I loved The Hunger Games! Is it bad I know what book you were reading just by the few sentences I could read in your photo?!

Read all you want, the blog can wait! You’re a great blogger, and you need to refill your stores with rest and relaxation!

Aw! You’re at the part where she was meeting Rue! It took me a week to finish them, but that was only because I had a 3 month old who wanted to eat every 5 minutes. Great trilogy.
