From the Kitchen: Horchata Ice Cream

After hosting a fiesta for our newly engaged friends last weekend, we were left with an overwhelming amount of Mexican leftovers including a whole gallon of homemade horchata. I felt horrible throwing it away so I decided to reincarnate it into ice cream! I followed this recipe but since I already had horchata made, I only used the ice cream portion of the recipe. It was milky and cinnamon-y and absolutely perfect for these warmer summer days we’ve been having lately. Enjoy, xoxo!
