Make this: Brie & Prosciutto Sandwich

The old saying is true, the best way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. It’s at least true in my husbands case. For lunch today, I made his favorite sandwich, prosciutto on a baguette with brie and membrillo (quince paste). It…was….A…mazing!

You seriously have to try it. Take your four ingredients and sandwich them together (literally!) add a few leafy greens to finish it off and you will be in heaven. Wrap it pretty with butcher paper and string and you’re set to go. Enjoy!
