Happy Weekend + One Brave Puppy

Wow, this week just seemed to fly right by. Can’t believe it’s Friday already! What do you have planned for the weekend? Tonight we’re having dinner with my mom at The Great Greek and I am counting the minutes, it’s one of my favorites. We’re celebrating double birthdays on Saturday (for friends) and I plan on making this honey ricotta cheesecake to share. I have a whole weeks worth of Cinco de Mayo inspired posts planned for next week so do stop by to see! Above is a picture of a daring Miss Diamond on a ledge overlooking the coastline in Carmel. We totally forced her to do this….and she was not happy about it. What a trooper. Have a wonderful weekend!

Thank you, Samantha! It was one of those pictures that made us squeal when we saw it :) We’ll have to frame it and put it up somewhere. Honey ricotta cheesecake was a total success, I’ll be putting up a post about it real soon :)
